From Matsusaka — famed for both premium beef and tea — this karigane hōjicha is made from 100% tea stems and slow-roasted using a low-temperature sand-roasting method. The long roast draws out a deep, fragrant aroma while keeping the taste clean and gentle, making it an ideal pairing with rich meats.
