Return Policy

As fresh produce, all teas except Hissui are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Orders are prepared and shipped only after payment is confirmed.

For Hissui, a 30-day return policy applies. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Do not send items back without requesting a return first.
