Our sales member Rafi visited us all the way from Oita. We guided him through the Ishidera tea fields—designated as a Japan Heritage Landscape—and welcomed him to our headquarters and our own tea garden. He also shared valuable insights and areas for improvement from his daily work, reminding us what we should refine to remain a company that truly supports its team.
