This luxurious tea is made using only the tender parts of first flush leaves, which are rich in natural umami. It is a blend of three cultivars—Yabukita, Saemidori, and Okumidori—creating a balanced and refined flavor. For brewing, pour slightly cooled hot water (around 90°C / 194°F) into a teapot with the tea leaves and let it steep for about 1 minute before enjoying. To prepare a flavorful second infusion, be sure to pour out all the water from the teapot after the first brew.
